Across our sofa range we use various types of mechanisms, all of which provide different uses. We take care to ensure our mechanisms are tested not only for their functionality, but for cycle tests, durability, corrosion and overall safety. We know that the most crucial component of creating sound mechanisms starts with the steel used. That's why we only use the highest quality steel throughout our mechanisms to ensure a smooth rivet. If a rivet mechanism is too rigid or the opposite, too loose, this affects the overall movement of the mechanism.

Through our consistent use of quality materials we have created a reliable rivet mechanism, which enhances many of our sofas. All of our mechanisms are tested to a 20,000 cycles open-and-close standard.
