Foam is an incredibly important aspect of upholstered furniture as it is responsible for a large part of the product's comfort. That's why we choose to use top-quality foam across all our products to guarantee a long-lasting comfort lifespan. Most sofa manufacturers are likely to cut production costs down to a minimum by using alternative fillers such as calcium carbonate, but this greatly affects the quality of the cushion. Instead, we are dedicated to testing our foam for various qualities to ensure our products are consistent and reach the premium quality we promise to provide. Such testing procedures include: density testing, hardness, shape and flexibility. Once the foam has reached our high standards, we then go on to integrate into our production.
