A solid structure

All of our sofa frames are constructed using only grade solid wood, giving our products a strong and stable structure. Our wood is only responsibly sourced in an eco-friendly manner from sustainable forests. We process this wood with the highest level of attention from the sawing to the drying treatments, with each batch being carefully inspected for any defects. These inspections include analysis for moisture content as well as stability, if any wood exceeds our standard moisture levels we ensure this wood is dried again thoroughly in kilns.

The testing of our wood for its stability and structural quality is of upmost importance, we carry out thorough and consistent testing ourselves, but also have third party testers. The glue used to assemble our sofa frames is dispensed from high-tech machinery, which is of premium quality, creating a basis for a first-class product. The safety and wellbeing of our staff when handling materials used across our products is always our priority, that's why we ensure that such materials are well-tested and adhere to high standards.
